Applications for the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) Students Assistance Programme for Deltans, especially all registered Students of Delta State origin in Nigerian tertiary institutions has commenced.
A statement by the Commission said that “for the ease of application, a Website, www.desopadecbursary.ng has been opened.”
Adding that “all interested and eligible students are therefore advised to visit the Website to apply and complete the application form.”
Criteria For Eligibility are stated below:
A. To be eligible, applicants must be from only DESOPADEC mandate areas of Ijaw, Isoko Itsekiri, Ika, Ndokwa and Urhobo.
B. Applicants must be Students currently in the University or Polytechnic in Nigeria.
C. Applicants must be at 200 Level and above (for University students) and ND2 (for Polytechnic students).
D. Applicants must be full time University or Polytechnic Undergraduates in Nigeria.

*A letter of Identification from the Students’ Union/Association Chapter President of your Ethnic Nationality.
