D1akhjdge, on Tuesday, 7th July, 2009 between Mr. Alex Klikwu (Plaintiff) and Mr. Patrick Dada Keshi and Mr. Walson Gilben (Defendants) with SUIT NO.:- A/28/2005 was dismissed.
