Delta North: Ned Nwoko Joins Senatorial Race, Picks Nomination Form
Prince Ned Nwoko, former member of the House of Representatives has obtained the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) nomination form to represent Delta North in the National Assembly, Emerald Nigeria reports.
Emerald News gathered from a whatsapp group where the nomination form was posted with his name attached.
For further confirmation, Emerald News contacted him on whatsApp and his reply was in the affirmative.
His reply was “yes’ indicating that he has joined the race to the senate to take over from the incumbent Senator Peter Nwaoboshi who has defected to the ruling All Progressive Congress APC.

Ned Nwoko, one of the illustrious sons of Idumuje Ugboko, a community in Aniocha North local government area had contested for the Senate on several occasions but certain factors could not allow him clinch the coveted seat.
In 2019, he contested the primaries with incumbent Senator Peter Nwaoboshi but for legal technicalities he lost in the race.
