Atiku: Okowa’s Selection As Running Mate, Well Deserved –Concerned Abraka People In Politics

A group, Concerned Abraka People In Politics has congratulated Sen. (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa on his emergence as the Vice Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
This was contained in a statement signed by Chief Professor Andrew Ekakitie, Dr. Kings Okpako, Hon. Anthony O. Edafiogho and Hon. Anthony Ajaino.
The presidential flag bearer of the party announced Okowa as his running mate on Thursday in Abuja.
The statement by the group, said: “With great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, we congratulate our dear governor and leader on the occasion of his choice as the running mate to the PDP presidential flag bearer, His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubarkar, Turaki Adamawa.
“Your Excellency’s selection is well deserved owing to your wealth of intelligence and great capacity in managing human and material resources. It is also a reaffirmation of your wide acceptability, love and respect across the nation, Nigeria.

“Sir, this is a call to higher service and promotion to the level where your master-touch leadership acumen would once again be deployed in order to rescue Nigeria and Nigerians from the excruciating hardship that the APC national government has brought on her. Adding: “As you bask in the euphoria of victory, please be assured of our loyalty, support, commitment and prayers.”
