Delta State Needs To Brace Up Ahead Of Teqball Challenge –Marvel Dick

Chairman of the Delta state Teqball, Mr. Marvel Dick has urged Delta state players to up their interest to embrace teqball as the new sports is fast spreading in Nigeria.
Mr. Marvel who was featured in a live television and radio program, Voice Of Delta,VOD, Asaba, urged the various existing football clubs to use the opportunity to have a teqball team.
“Teqball can be of another means for a team to dominate if they couldn’t do so in soccer’.

“I am trying to encourage players to develop more interest in Delta state because I know we have potential players that can do well in the global stage”.
Adding: “For the now, Delta state need more players to compete as we hope to organize more tournaments for teqball game.”
Delta state is set to host the first major indoor teqball tournament tagged: Delta Teqball Tour, 2023.
The tournaments will take place at ultra model indoor sports complex of the Stephen Keshi stadium Asaba from May 10 through 13, 2023.
