Tribunal Sacks ‘Okada’ Rider Who Won HoRs Seat Under LP In Kaduna

The Kaduna State National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal has sacked Hon Donatus Mathew from the House of Representatives and declared the PDP candidate as winner.

Hon Mathew, an Okada rider, who in February defeated the PDP House Of Reps member of 30 yearrs in Kaura Constituency, Kaduna was removed by the Tribunal.

The Tribunal held that the Labour Party did not comply with the provisions of the electoral Act.
