Suspected IPOB Members Kill Three Policemen In Imo
By Daniel Dafe
At least three police officers lost their lives in the line of duty on Saturday in Imo State.
Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), Prince Muyiwa Adejobi, disclosed this on Saturday in post on X.
He wrote: “Our men attacked and killed by suspected IPOB members in Imo today. May their souls rest in peace. I wonder how someone would allege that we dont tackle security challenges in Nigeria. If not, how and how do we die? That’s the question.”
According to him, the said officers were on a routine patrol in Garki Okigwe when they were attacked.
He added: “They used dynamite on them. It’s so sad. I hope we realise our mistakes on time.”
