Edo State Gets New Commissioner Of Police

A new Commissioner of Police has taken over in Edo State.
A post on X via the command’s official handle stated this.
The post reads in part: “The Edo State Command welcomes the 47th Commissioner of Police, CP Nemi Edwin-Iwo PSC(+).

“Until his deployment, he was the Commissioner of Police in charge of Intelligence, Force Intelligence Department, Force Headquarters, Abuja.”
The police chief hails from Okrika Local Government Area of Rivers state.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Port-Harcourt, and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Ibadan.
He was enlisted into the Nigeria Police in 1992 as a cadet assistant
