Delta PDP Should Reward Hard Work

So many fieldworkers that laboured for the victory of the Delta PDP are living in frustration and regret. Many of them have expressed disappointment that despite the hard work put in by them to get candidates elected, only a few reap the benefits. To make matters worse, defectors from other parties seem to receive better rewards.

This issue appears to be an ongoing problem, because the party leadership seems out of touch with the grassroots. The appointees may not be providing accurate feedback, leaving many party members feeling unheard and unappreciated.

The concerns are echoed by other critics, who argue that the party’s failure to reward hard work and loyalty may have contributed to its struggles in recent elections. The PDP’s dominance in Delta State has been challenged, and the party’s leadership would do well to address these concerns and work to rebuild trust with its members.

Ultimately, the Delta PDP needs to take a hard look at its internal dynamics and make changes to ensure that hard work and dedication are rewarded. By doing so, the party can rebuild its strength and maintain its relevance in the state’s politics.
