A Matriarch’s Legacy Lives On: Integrity Group Mourns With Hon. Pharm Victor Ofobrukueta

The Integrity Group of Delta State (The More Agenda and You Matter Charity Foundation Ambassadors) has extended profound condolences to one of its Patron, Hon. Pharm Victor Ofobrukueta, who is the immediate Past Executive Chairman of Ethiope East Local Government, on the passing of his beloved mother, Mrs. Oke Ofobrukueta (née Umukoro), who transitioned to eternal glory at age 95.
The group said this in a statement on Friday signed by the Convener and Secretary, Integrity Group of Delta State, Dr. Oke Idawene and Barr. Offiah Felix, PhD.
The statement continued: “Mama lived an exemplary life marked by grace, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to family and community. Her roots in Uruabo, Umiaghwa-Abraka Kingdom, Ethiope East (paternal) and Urude Quarters, Ozoro (maternal) shaped her into a woman of rare virtue and wisdom. Her legacy will continue to live on in the lives she touched and the values she upheld.

“Though her departure leaves a deep void, we take solace in the beautiful memories and the lasting impact she made. She was indeed a blessing, and her memory will remain a source of comfort and strength.”
Integrity Group prayed that the Almighty grants the former council boss and his entire family the fortitude to bear the great loss and that mama’s soul finds eternal rest in the bosom of the Lord.
“Adieu, Mama. Your light continues to shine,” the statement concluded.
