The councilor representing the people of Ward 2 in Abraka, Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. Noble Council Ogboru, has felicitated with his wife, Mrs. Ewomazino Franca Ogboru on the occasion of her birthday.
In a special birthday message on Sunday he penned for his wife, he wrote: “Happy Birthday to my wonderful wife, Mrs. Ewomazino Franca Ogboru. From Daddy, Rhema, and Kendra we all join hearts to celebrate the amazing woman you are. You are a loving wife, a caring mother, and the beautiful glue that keeps our family strong.”
