The serene town of Ugono in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State, came alive on Saturday, October 18, 2025, as family, friends, and well-wishers gathered to celebrate Elder Emmanuel Enamuotor, who was officially installed as the oldest man (Okpako r’Oriane) of Ugono Community in Abraka.

The colorful event also doubled as an early celebration of his 83rd birthday, which fell on Monday, October 20, 2025.
