BREAKING: Popular Cleric, Reverend Ezekiel Is Dead

The General Overseer, Christian Pentecostal Mission, Lagos, Rev. Dr Obiora Ezekiel is dead.

He died at 78.

The cause of Rev. Ezekiel’s death is still unknown.

An official statement from the family is yet to be released.

A post by a gospel artiste, Judikay suggests that he died on Sunday.

Her post reads: “Rest In Peace Daddy General (Rev. Dr O. Ezekiel, General Overseer,Christian Pentecostal Mission)
You lived… You conquered!
Rest Daddy!
It. Is. Well!”

The late cleric till his death functioned as an evangelist, a pastor and a teacher of the word.

He preached the gospel of Christ for about 30 years with a record of miracles, signs and wonders following his ministry.

The late preacher is one of the founding fathers of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN)

He left behind a wife, Rev. Mrs. Mercy Ezekiel, four children and also a grandfather.

He has written several books among which are: Mountain Top Experiences, Rubbish, Business Reflections, Causes of Closed Heaven, A Cloud of the Latter Rain, Don’t kill that baby, Purity of Priesthood, God’s Battle Axe and Qualities of a King.
