Ethiope East Constituency: Okowa’s EAC, Latimore Joins DTHA Race

Executive Assistant on Communications (EAC) to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, Barr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has declared his interest to represent the good people of Ethiiope East Local Government Area in the Delta State House of Assembly, come 2023.
Latimore, popularly known as the Pen Eagle, disclosed this on Tuesday in a Facebook post.
His post reads: “Quality Representation is about bringing development to your constituency, create wealth and jobs for constituents and work closely with Council Chairman, Party Chairman, Leaders and party faithfuls across board to facilitate socioeconomic transformation.”
