BREAKING: Amori, Nwoko, Ejele Win PDP Senatorial Primaries, As Party Holds Run-offs For Okpe/Sapele/Uvwie, Ethiope Federal Constituencies Tuesday

Results for the Delta Central Senatorial primaries has been announced.

Chief Ighoyota Amori won with 142 votes of the 265 votes, to clinch the party’s ticket and defeat Chief John Nani.

Other results announced also saw Ned Nwoko winning the Delta North Senatorial primaries, while Michael Diden won that of Delta South after polling 176 votes.

Meanwhile, the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) Delta State has announced that the run-off primary election for Okpe/Sapele/Uvwie and Ethiope Federal Constituency runoff will hold tomorrow, Tuesday, May 24, 2022.

According to a statement signed by Dr. Ifeanyi M. Osuoza, State Publicity Secretary, PDP, Delta State, kickoff time is 9AM.

(1). SAPELE TOWNSHIP STADIUM – Okpe/Sapele/Uvwie Federal Constituency.

(2). OGHARA TOWNSHIP STADIUM – Ethiope Federal Constituency.

All House of Representatives Aspirants, Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and Security Agencies should please take note.

For Okpe/Sapele/Uvwie constituency, Chief Hon Efe Afe, Chief Napoleon Gbinije and Barr Evelyn Oboro who polled 25 votes each will slug it out, while for Ethiope Federal Constituency the much talked about tie between the two aspirants, Ben Igbakpa and Erhiatake Ibori – Suenu with 34 votes each will have their fates also.decided tomorrow at the rerun.
