“Abdulsalami Abubakar Is Out Of Hospital, In No Serious Condition” —Presidency

Presidential Spokesperson to President Muhammadu Buhari, Garba Shehu, has said that former Military Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar is fine and in no serious condition.

Recall that Oasis Magazine reported that he was flown out of the country three weeks ago, just as some media reports said that he had a serious health challenge.

In a Facebook post on Monday evening, Shehu, said: “I just ended a visit to His Excellency Abdulsalami Abubakar, former Head of State. He is out of hospital in a London apartment and apparently in no serious condition.”

Adding: “He was his jovial self, maintaining a keen interest in developments back at home in Nigeria. Please, no cause for alarm.”
