Woman Allegedly Dies After Massaging Of Her 9-Months Pregnancy In Udu

A woman has lost her life after robbing her bridged 9 months pregnancy at a local massage center in Udu on Wednesday, 13th July, 2022.

It was gathered that the woman had her first pregnancy through a cesarean session because the baby was too big and did not want to go through another cesarean session after her doctor advised her to do it.

According to the nurse who received the lady when she was rushed to the hospital, ‘the lady was brought in bleeding and unconscious and died before the doctor could do anything.

The doctor of the hospital who pleaded anonymity called on all women, pregnant, intending to and mothers of young women to desist from local massaging of pregnancies, stating that not all women are lucky enough to survive the dangers of such services.

He went further to explain that cesarean sessions are simple operations that saves lives of both mothers and babies hence ‘it is always good and safer to follow a doctor’s advice.’
