DELSU Begins Sale Of JUPEB, Secondary School Admission Forms For 2026/2027 Session

In another development, DELSU has extended the submission of first semester Continuous Assessments (CAs) for the 2025/2026 academic session. The Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) who said this in an official memo, recalled that a circular dated 3rd February, 2026 was issued to Deans of Faculties on the submission of First Semester Continuous Assessments (CAs) for the 2025/2026 academic session, with the deadline set for Friday, 20th February, 2026. Adding: “Following appeals from some Deans of Faculties, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Samuel O.Asagba, has approved a final extension of the submission deadline by one (1) week. “Accordingly, all Departments are required to forward their Continuous Assessments (CAs) to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) on or before Friday, 27th February, 2026,” saying that “no further extension will be granted.” “Deans and Heads of Departments are requested to ensure strict compliance,” he said. Meanwhile, Deans of Faculties have been informed of the urgent need to submit the 100 Level result spreadsheets for the 2024/2025 academic session. According to Owamah, all Heads of Departments (HODs) are to download their respective 100 Level result spreadsheets from the University Result Engine and forward same to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) on or before Thursday, 12th February, 2026, for onward transmission to the Vice-Chancellor.

Delta State University, Abraka has announced the commencement of sales of application forms for its Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

In an official bulletin released on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, the university disclosed that the JUPEB admission forms will be available online from Monday, May 18 to Monday, August 31, 2026. Interested applicants are advised to access the university’s website and portal for detailed information on the admission process and entry requirements.

The institution noted that the JUPEB programme offers candidates an opportunity to gain direct entry admission into 200-level in Nigerian universities upon successful completion.

In a related development, the university also announced the sale of admission forms into its secondary school for the 2026/2027 academic session. Applications are open to suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into JSS1, JSS2, SS1, and SS2.

The admission forms for the secondary school are priced at ₦7,000, with payments to be made into the designated Unity Bank account provided by the school management.

According to the bulletin, the entrance examination for prospective students is scheduled to hold on Saturday, July 18, 2026. Parents and guardians are encouraged to obtain the forms early and complete all registration processes ahead of the examination date.

For further enquiries, the university urged applicants and parents to contact the school management, while additional updates can be accessed via the institution’s official communication platforms.
