Ukwuani LGA Chairman Inspects Proposed Site For King’s Palace, Town Hall In Amai Community

The Executive Chairman of Ukwuani Local Government Area, Barr. Solomon Possible Ajede, PhD, has inspected the proposed site for the construction of a new King’s Palace and Town Hall in Amai Community as part of his administration’s commitment to sustainable infrastructure development and grassroots advancement.

The inspection formed part of preliminary activities ahead of the commencement of the landmark project, which is expected to strengthen the community’s traditional institution while providing a modern civic centre for meetings, cultural events, and other developmental activities.

During the visit, Barr. Ajede reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to deliver people-centred projects that promote unity, preserve cultural heritage, and improve the quality of life of residents across Ukwuani Local Government Area.

He noted that the proposed King’s Palace and Town Hall would serve as enduring symbols of progress, foster stronger community cohesion, and further drive grassroots development.

The Council Chairman also met with community leaders and other key stakeholders, emphasizing the need for collaboration to ensure the successful and timely execution of the project.

He assured the people of Amai that his administration remains committed to implementing impactful projects that address the developmental needs of communities across the local government.
