Ethiope Federal Lawmaker Set To Brief Constituents On Achievements
-….To Host Political Associates, Others In Novelty Match On 45th Birthday Celebration
Lawmaker representing Ethiope Federal Consstituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Lovette Idisi, will on Saturday, March 3, 2018, present his scorecard to his constituents.
This event, we gathered, will hold at at Ibori Civic Centre, Oghara in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State.
A statement by the organising committee said Idisi’s Leaders Consultative Forum and the social media team would also be inaugurated on the said day to kickstart his re-election campaign, consultation and media campaign.
The organisers said this move coincides with his 45th birthday celebration which commences today with a novelty match at Ororho-Agbon Secondary School, Isiokolo in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State between teams from Ethiope East and West council areas.
Federal and state legislators and top government officials, as well as the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, are expected to grace the event today.
Idisi’s political associates and supporters are rallying to be present at the two special events to mark the 45th birthday celebration of the lawyer and businessman turned ace politician.
At the last count, there are two other strong contenders locking horns with each other to replace Hon. Lovette Idisi in the green chamber.
Hon Ben Igbakpa and Chief Economic Adviser to His Excellency the Governor of Delta State, Hon. Barrister George Orogun are in contest for this office.
The three contenders are illustrious sons of Urhobo Nation with good track records in business and public service.
While Orogun hails from Ethiope East Local Governmrnt Area, and Igbakpa from Ethiope West Local Government Area, Lovette Idisi is a hyper cross breed of Ethiope East and West by birth.
