Sapele NUJ Visits Delta Commissioner For Information

Commissioner for Information, Delta State, Mr. Charles Aniagwu on Wednesday played host to members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Sapele Chapel, in his office at Asaba, the state capital.
Mr. Aniagwu who expressed deep satisfaction at the visit, said that Sapele NUJ is very peculiar to Delta State especially the Okowa administration, noting that the Chapel has not given the state any problem whatsoever.
The Information Commissioner while urging the leadership of the chapel on good governance, urged the executive and members to work in synergy, maintaining that, it will usher in a new era for the growth of the Chapel, even as he promised to continue to partner with Sapele Chapel in the new year 2021.
Responding, the Chairman of the Sapele Chapel of the NUJ, Comrade Godwin Oghre thanked the Honorable Commissioner for the warm reception.

Oghre noted that Sapele Chapel will continue to rally unalloyed support for Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s administration especially in the area of reportage when necessary.
Those present during the said visit include Comrade Godwin Oghre, Chairman NUJ, Sapele Chapel, Comrade Nelson Agbajor, Secretary, NUJ, Sapele Chapel, Comrade Prince Oromonokpaye, SA, to Delta State Deputy Governor on Community Newspaper.
Others are Comrade Joe Aminah, Comrade Rita Daniel, Auditor, Sapele NUJ and Comrade Russia Omene.
