Shun Third Party, Love Each Other, Ukah Admonishes Married Couple

Delta State Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Mr. Patrick Ukah, has described marriage as critical aspect of one’s life and stressed the need for one to preserve one’s marriage.

Mr. Ukah, stated this in Asaba, Oshimili South Local Government Area of the state during the marriage ceremony of Mr. Chuka Okolie, son of the Ihaza of Okpanam and iconic politician in the community and the state in general and the publisher of Newsbreed magazine, late  Chief Chris Okolie of Okpanam kingdom and former Miss Ada Sumuso Okonjo from Asaba.

He advised the couple to always love each other and evolve ways of strengthening their marital tie as well as shun third party influence in their marriage.

While describing the groom as a responsible and respectful individual as well as a true reflection of his late father in many positive ways, the Basic and Secondary Education Commissioner congratulated the couple and wished them well.

In their separate remarks, the Special Assistant to Delta State Governor on Community Development, Hon . Innocent Chibolu and Comrade Sunday Jeffrey Mordi, both from Okpanam community, who accompanied the commissioner to the ceremony, advised the couple to consider their union as the will of God and strive to protect their marriage jealously.
Comrade Jeffery Mordi,  who is the councillorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party ((PDP) in ward 9A Okpanam, specifically described Chief Ukah as a renowned political leader while calling on the couple to tolerate each other at all times just as he  stated that Mr. Chuka Okolie was known for his humility.

In an interview with newsmen, the groom, Mr. Chuka Okolie said that he was happy that his dream had come through, adding that he would do everything spiritually and humanly possible to make their marriage succeed.

Mr. Okolie stated that his wife, former Miss Ada Sumuso Okonji, now Mrs. Ada Okolie lured him through her unending beauty, kindness and humility, even as the wife described the husband as her best companion and caring as well God fearing in all ramifications.

Also speaking, Ogbueshi Ogomegbunem Chiedozie and Mrs. Olivia Okonji, who are parents of the bride, advised the couple to build their marriage in the way of God .
