Ikeogwu Hails Gov. Oborevwori’s Governor Of The Year Award, Says It’s Proof Of Transformative Leadership

The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Media, Comrade Michael Ikeogwu, has applauded the Governor of the Year Award bestowed on Governor Sheriff Oborevwori by ThisDay/Arise TV, describing it as a well-deserved recognition of the governor’s relentless efforts to transform Delta State.
