COVID-19 Palliatives: Urhobo Students Union President Commends Gbagi

The President of the National Union of Urhobo Students (NUUS), Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku (DSPG) branch, Comrade Omesiri Inari, has commended Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi for his humanitarian role in Delta State during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Comrade Inari gave the commendation in a chat with news men during the lockdown recently.
Inari said that Olorogun Gbagi was one of the few eminent persons in Urhobo and Delta that provided palliative measures during the COVID-19 lockdown in the state.

He noted that Olorogun Gbagi’s humanitarian gesture is second to none in Urhobo land and Delta State as a whole, adding that Gbagi provided thousands bags of rice, bags of  garri, bags of beans, cartons of indomine noodles, among others as palliative measures to  the people.

Comrade Inari who is a Mass Communication Higher National Diploma II student said that his communities in Ughelli North and South benefited immensely from the relief materials provided by Olorogun Gbagi.

He said that apart from the palliative, Olorogun Gbagi has touched the lives of all youths, women and men in the state, hence everybody is rallying around him in his gubernatorial ambition in the state.

Comrade Inari said  that Gbagi’s developmental stride cuts across every length and breathe of Delta and Nigeria at large.

He said that Olorogun Gbagi is a man that Urhobo Nation and Deltans respect, adding that he grew up to hear and know about Ggbagi’s good works in Delta State.

Inari said that Gbagi’s shopping plazas in the state have provided jobs for thousands of young boys and girls including men and women in the state, saying that the former Minister of Education five stars hotels in the state are some of the best where Deltans and none  Deltans are employed.

Comrade Inari said that all these  attributes of Olorogun Gbagi make all and sundry to be rallying around him for his gubernatorial ambition in the state.

He however promised to mobilize  all Urhobo students and other tribes in DSPG including other higher institutions in Delta State for him in 2023.

Comrade Inira advised the Urhobo born industrialist and politician not to relent in his good works in Urhobo and Delta as a whole, as he enjoined well meaning Deltans to tow the line of Gbagi and others to provide palliative measures to the Urhobos and Delta as a whole to cushion the effect of the COVID-19 lockdown in the state.
