DTSG Releases 2023 Model School Entrance Examination Results

The results of the Entrance Examination into the 17 Model Secondary Schools in Delta State, conducted on July 22, 2023 have been released.
A statement from the Permanent Secretary in the State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, Mr Augustine Oghoro, said that a total of 4,748 candidates registered for the examination.
The statement added that out the total number of registered candidates, 4,562 of them sat for the examination, while 186 candidates were absent.

It advised all candidates that participated in the examination to check their results with the scratch cards with which they registered for the examination stressing that those whose cards were lost could purchase new cards at the cost of N300 (Three Hundred Naira) only, per card.
The statement stressed that any candidate that met the cut-off mark that would be decided by the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education would secure admission into any Model Secondary School of choice.
