BREAKING: President Buhari Appoints New Inspector General Of Police

A new Inspector General of Police has been appointed.
News has it that AIG Zanna Mohammed Ibrahim has been appointed as the new Acting Inspector General of Police.
His appointment followed the retirement of Adamu Mohammed Abubakar.
Recall that Adamu, a member of the ASP Cadet Course 14, is due to retire on account of service years.

The IGP clocked 35 years in service on Monday, having enlisted in the Police Force on February 1, 1986.ASP Cadet Course 14, is due to retire on account of service years. The IGP clocks 35 years in service on Monday, having enlisted in the Police Force on February 1, 1986.
Typically, retiring IGPs have “pull out” ceremonies on their last day in office.
Untill his appointment, AIG Mohammed was the Commandant of the Police Academy, Kano State, Nigeria.
