Delta PFN Declares June 26 PVC Day

The Delta State Pentecost Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has declared Sunday, June 26, 2022 as Permanent Voters Card (PVC) Day for all member churches in the state.
A release signed by the PFN Chairman in the state, Bishop (Dr) Kingsley Enakirerhi, and the Director of the Directorate of Politics and Governance (DPG), Delta State Chapter, Apostle Dr Cyril Okonye, as well as the Publicity Secretary, Apostle (Dr) Simeon Dode gave the indication.

The release which was made available to newsmen via the official PFN Delta State WhatsApp group urged all Pentecost Churches in the state to strictly comply with the directive.
It stated further that all members should show their PVC for counting before entering the church, just as it added that the counted total number of PVCs per Church or ministry should be communicated to the State PFN Chairman who would communicate same to the national office of PFN.
It added that those who were yet to go for their PVCs should do so immediately now that the window was still open to all, saying that christians should believe in politics.
Pastor Positive Agbirekomi, who spoke to newsmen on the directive, said it was a right step, but added that christians should vote wisely in the coming elections to safeguard the future of the country.
