Publisher, Secret Reporters has said that the Governor of Delta State, Sen. Ifeanyi A. Okowa and Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the state, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborowheri want to GE the support o Delta Sour Senatorial District in the next election, saying they will use the Ijaw and Isoko people “to play the most stupid politics ever.”

According to a Facebook post by Oliver, “Okowa told Sheriff that they need the Ijaws especially Tompolo backing to win the 2023 elections.”

He continued: “And this is what he did. Sheriff has deceived Tompolo’s nephew who is also my good friend, Julius Pondi, a two term serving House of Reps member that he will hand over the Governor to him after 8 years, if he wins.

“No scope is greater than this political one that these guys want to play on the Ijaws.

“At the same time, Okowa is preparing Isoko born Ukodikho for 2031 gubernatorial position.

“These men have shared Ukodo up to 2031 finish while some are still shouting “Ukodo go reach everybody.”

“This is how they want to carry my friend Julius Pondi and our general Tompolo go where dem no know,” he added.
