NAPPS South South Elects New Executive Members
Officers to pilot the affairs of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools, NAPPS, South South Haven been elected.
The election held on Wednesday, 20th December, 2023 at Recozee Hotel, Km 1 Refinery Road, Warri, Delta State amidst great jubilation
Delegates came from Delta, Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom and Cross River.

At the end of the peaceful election, the following persons emerged as new Exco members
1. NVP South South, Dr Ochuko Akpeme. Delta
2. Ass Zonal President, Mrs Margaret Ebiowe. Bayelsa
3. Secretary General,
Tchr Mike Abolade. Cross River
4. Treasurer, Dr Gideon Obot. Rivers
5. Fin. Secretary, Mrs Joy Okoye. Cross River
6. Publicity Secretary. Engr Nathan Isonguyo. Bayelsa
7. Welfare Officer. Pst Mrs Marina E Umanah
8. Sec, Seminar and Training. Hon Hillary Ikpoh. Cross River.
The newly elected Exco members were sworn in immediately by Barr Hon Marshall Abraham Esq and certificates of return were presented to the new officers by the ZECOM Chairman, Dr Victoria Odubo.
The returned NVP, Dr Ochuko Akpeme in his acceptance speech thanked the ZECOM for a job well done, just as he appreciated all the delegates for being constitutional and tagged his 2nd coming as Period of Work, Work and Work.
He enjoined NAPPS in the region to cooperate with the new government for the desired success.
Meanwhile, members of ZEC chose those to represent the zone at the National Executive Council (NEC) of NAPPS Nigeria for the next four years.
They are-
1. Hon Mike Egre (Cross River) NAPPS National Council Member.
2. Dr Mrs Victoria Odubo (Bayelsa) National Welfare Officer
3. Deac Amb Monday Ifoghere (Delta) National Assistant Secretary.
