Winners and elected executive for the available positions of the Delta State University Workers’ Multi-purpose Cooperative Society Limited (DWMPCS) in the election held on Monday, 27th May, 2024, have been announced.
According to the results announced at about 6.38a.m. this morning by the Chairman, Electoral Committee, Associate Professor Peter Ottuh,
Akuaghare Jonathan polled 725 to emerge President, defeating Adu Ejovwoke who ganered 260 votes.
For the position of Vice President, Ohwavborua Doris got 498 to emerge
winner, while Akpokorie Juliet and Eriemo Mercy got 339 amd 119 votes respectively.
