Military Operation Targets Boko Haram Terrorists In Borno State

The Nigerian army troops of Operation Hadin Kai in conjunction with the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF), conducted a successful ambush against Boko Har terrorists in Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State.
It was gathered that the ambush took place on July 22, along the Pulka-Kirawa road, resulting in the neutralization of one terrorist, while others fled the scene.

The military also recovered various items, including an AK-47 rifle, ammunition, medical supplies, and communication equipment.
The operation, codenamed Operation Desert Sanity II was part of Operation Hadin Kai’s ongoing efforts to rid the region of terrorist elements.
