JUST IN: Ogboru Withdraws From Delta APC Stakeholders’ Peace Meeting Today

Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru will not be attending the stakeholders meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State scheduled to hold today.
This was disclosed in a statement on Tuesday by Omolu Tony, Public Relations Officer(PRO) to Chief Ogboru.
The statement reads in part: “This is to inform party stakeholders’ in Delta State that Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru will be unavoidably absent at the stakeholders’ meeting scheduled for tomorrow 3/2/2021.

“The people’s general takes note of some irregularities in the composition of the stakeholders’ list and has assured party faithfuls and all believers of true light that these anomalies will be corrected.”
Chief Ogboru further enjoined loyal party members and stakeholders to mobilize en mass for the ongoing registration and revalidation exercise.
Furthermore, he counselled party members to be peaceful and ensure that the exercise is a success to enable APC have a strong and united party in the state, adding that this “will lay the foundation for an equitable and peaceful congress.”
