Edo PDP: Delegates List Domestic Affair, Court Can’t Decide For Party, Appeal Court Rules
The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has ruled that the issue of delegates list is a domestic affair of a party and that the courts cannot decide for the party.
The court gave the ruling in Abuja on Monday, July 25, 2022.

The ruling provides clarity on the issues relating to the delegates list in Edo State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with the faction loyal to Governor Obaseki depending on the ad-hoc delegates election conducted across the 192 wards in the state in April.
