Gunmen Kidnap Ex-DELSU SUG Director Of Finance, Demand N5M Ransom

A fresh graduate of the Department of Mass Communication who also served as the Director of Finance in the last Student Union Government (SUG) of the Delta State University, DELSU, Abraka, Julius Excel Omorohwovo, has been kidnapped.
Although details of the incidence still remain sketchy, Oasis Magazine learnt that he was kidnapped on Saturday night.

The kidnappers are said to have trailed Julius and whisked him away while he drove into his compound at Ibada-Amukpe, close to Sapele, in Delta State.
The victim.hails from Aghalokpe, Okpe Local Government Area.
According to sources, the kidnappers demanded payment of Five Million Naira as ransom in order to release him.
Oasis Magazine gathered that he had till 2p.m. on Monday to pay the said sum.
When contacted, the police spokesman in the state, DSP Bright Edsfe, said he was unaware of the kidnap.
