DELTA 2023: Okpe Peoples Forum Endorses Ede For Senate
… Seeks Support Of All Urhobos
As eligible voters in Delta Central Senatorial district go to the poll on Saturday 25th February, 2023 to elect a Senator that will represent them at the National Assembly for the next four years, the Okpe Peoples Forum, OPF, a Pan-Okpe Socio-cultural and Political group has endorsed Okakuro Ede Dafinone as the preferred candidate for the race.
While seeking the full support of all Urhobo voters to elect Dafinone, the group said he would build on his late father’s legacies in Delta central and beyond.
The global group, comprising prominent Okpe Sons and Daughters across Nigeria and beyond in a statement on Friday, signed by Igho Akeregha, President and Austin Azu, Public Relations Officer appealed to all eligible voters for their understanding and support to vote for Okakuro Ede Dafinone during the senatorial election on Saturday 25th February, 2023.

The OPF noted that the All Progressives Congress, APC, Delta Central Senatorial candidate possess the necessary capacity and experience to champion the interest of Delta Central as a leading voice in the National Assembly.
Dafinone as a successful Accountant and Technocrat with impeccable track records has over the years demonstrated uncommon managerial skills in advancing peace and development in Urhobo Land and beyond.
The group urged Delta central voters to support the APC Senatorial candidate because he is rooted in the culture and traditions of our people and grassroot oriented.
