Pastor Joshua Bags DELSU PGD.ED, Aspires For More

Pastor Godwin Ivworin Joshua who is one of the pastoral staff of Truth Aflame Church in Ekpan Uvwie LGA, Delta State, has bagged a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGD.ED), from the Delta State University, Abraka just as he said he is also aspiring for a Master Degree in time to come.
Pastor Joshua who stated this during the 15th convocation ceremony of the University which took place at the institution’s Convocation Arena, equally appreciated God for the successful completion of his PGD programme.
Speaking to journalists during the ceremony, he said: “I am very happy today, to be among those convocating. When l finished my first degree, l did not think l will do my Post Graduate, but, God was so kind to me.

“And by the special grace of God, l have enrolled for my Master’s Degree programme and I am even almost rounding up,” adding that education is a continuous process because it is the key to national development.”
Speaking further, Ivworin Joshua used the medium to call on youths to as well aspire for education which he said is light, calling on those who are saying that education is a scam to desist from such and focus on education which is the gate way to development of any society.
According to him, “l also appreciate and commend the efforts of our lecturers who stood by us to ensure that we completed our post graduate programme which we are cerebrating here today. l also commend the efforts of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Andy Ogochukwu Egwunyenga over the development strides of the university, including other principal officers for their tireless efforts to ensure that we become somebody in the future.”
