The judge also adjourned hearing for judgement into the case to April 9. However, the court couldn’t sit due to the April 9 to April 11 Eid-Fitri public holiday.
In court, Bobrisky declared himself as male when questioned about his gender. The judge emphasized that sentencing Idris Olarewaju Okuneye to prison for misusing the Nigerian Currency aims to discourage others from engaging in Naira abuse.
Bobrisky was later directed to serve his prison sentence at the Ikoyi Correctional Facility.
