Uvwie High Chief Hails WUEDA Over Visit To Abe 1

The Unuevworo (traditional mouth piece) of Etche R ‘ Ogbe ( traditional administrative unit ) in Uvwie Kingdom, High Chief Roy Grant Oke, has hailed the Warri, Uvwie and Environs Development Authority ( WUEDA) over its courtesy visit to HRM Dr Emmanuel Ekemejewa Sideso JP OON Abe 1, the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom.

He made the commendation in a media chat with our correspondent shortly after WUEDA led by its Executive Director, Prince Hon Godwin Ejireyen paid a visit to the traditional ruler at the Ovie of Uvwie Palace, GRA, Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area, on Wednesday, 24th July, 2024.

The Uvwie high chief noted that the visit will further foster the cordial relationship between WUEDA and Uvwie Kingdom.

He enjoined other government agencies, corporate organizations and individuals to emulate WUEDA.

He appreciated and commended Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori for awarding the phase 3 contract of drainage in Uvwie Local Government Area.

Oke was also full of praises for the Unuevworo of Uvwie Kingdom, High Chief Hope Akasa JP ( the highest traditional chief) in Uvwie Kingdom who represented the Uvwie monarch ( who is on his annual vacation abroad) for his good representation of the traditional ruler at the event.
