Asaba Cenotaph Reception: A Testimony Of Deltans Support For Okowa –Okoh

A Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP ) aspirant for the Ughelli Udu Federal House of Representatives seat, Olorogun ( Hon) Eunice Daji Okoh has stated that the grand and massive reception by Deltans for Governor Ifeanyi Okowa at cenotaph, Asaba on his arrival from Abuja was a testimony of Deltans support for Governor Okowa ‘ s PDP Vice candidure.

She stated this in a media interaction with news men during the reception at the cenotaph Asaba on Thursday 23rd June, 2022.

The frontline politician who stormed Asaba Airport with her teaming supporters from Otu – Jeremi , Ughelli South Local Government Area, noted that the huge crowd at the event was comprised of a cross section of Deltans including traditional rulers.

“This shows that Deltans are in support of Governor Okowa ‘ s PDP Vice President candidacy,” she added.

Okoh hailed the PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for his wisdom and choice of Governor Okowa as his vice president candidate, saying “it is a wise decision.”

Okoh expressed cofidence that Governor Okowa PDP Vice President candidature will boost the chances of the party winning the presidential election in the 2023 “because he (Governor Okowa)is a patriotic Nigerian who Nigerians know love Nigeria and has what it takes to assist Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in the task of rescuing Nigeria from the bondage of APC .
