BREAKING: Ovie of Oghara Kingdom Confers Chieftaincy Title On Prof Emmanuel Ufuophu-Biri
The Ovie of Oghara Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Noble Oyibo Eshemitan FCA, Uku-Ogharaname Orefe III on Thursday honored the Rector, Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, Prof Emmanuel Ufuophu-Biri with a Chieftaincy title for the marvelous development taking place in the polytechnic.
The monarch conferred the title of “Omoko of Oghara Kingdom”, Ovie of Oghara Kingdom.
The grand event, which took place in Oghara, witnessed the presence of dignitaries, traditional rulers, academics, and well-wishers who gathered to celebrate the Rector’s contributions to education, leadership, and community development.
In a glowing tribute, the Dean of Students of the institution, while reading his citation, described him as “an academic deity and a guru in the field of journalism today.”
