Oborevwori Appoints 11 New Permanent Secretaries In Delta
Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, has approved the appointment of 11 new Permanent Secretaries into the Delta State Public Service.
The newly appointed officials include Dr. Yinkore A. Paul, Dr. Okwunze A.C, Amadubogha Peters, Nkenchor O.O., Akambe O.H, Engr. Aghagba S., Ogbugo Victor Chike, Ighoyota M. Rocky, Itawansa Augustine A., Onobraekpeyan O. Edwin, and Nkemachor Lucky.
According to a government special announcement signed by Tetsola Anino Nelson, Permanent Secretary (State Protocol Matters), Directorate of Government House and Protocol, the appointments take immediate effect as part of efforts to strengthen the administrative machinery of the state’s public service.

The swearing-in ceremony for the new Permanent Secretaries is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Unity Hall, Government House, Asaba, by 10:00 a.m., with invited guests expected to be seated by 9:30 a.m.
